The Stainless Steel Roaster is ideal for roasting meats and vegetables, baking casseroles and desserts, and making pan gravy on the stove. Expertly constructed for long-lasting durability, the thick non-reactive stainless steel will not warp and is dishwasher-safe. The roaster has a dripless pouring rim to minimize spills, and comes with a nonstick rack to promote air circulation, even heating, and a golden brown crust. 

The Large size will accommodate up to a 16-18 pound turkey, and the Small size will accommodate up to a 12-14 pound turkey.
