General Return Guidelines:

Refunds: Items eligible for return may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds and credits are issued less shipping fees.

Store Credit: Items returned within 15 days of receipt are eligible for store credit. We do not accept returns of items past 15 days of receiving your order. Store credits apply to merchandise and tax only.

Gifts may be returned for exchange only or store credit only.

Final Sale: Special orders, markdowns and custom pieces are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If needed, we can provide you with a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Please note, return shipping charges may be more than our standard shipping rates. If you wish to generate your own return label, please make sure your package is tracked and fully insured. Condition: Returned items must be in original condition—unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. AnnSandra is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized. Please contact us at (240) 744-7015 or email info@annsandra.com to initiate a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. AnnSandra reserves the right to deny any return not pre-approved or properly packaged and damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please email images of the shipping box to info@annsandra.com and retain the original packaging until further notice.
