DESCRIPTION

What appears at first to be a simple white porcelain plate in fact reveals an unexpected detail on closer inspection: its base is in the form of an asymmetric shape that echoes other pieces in the Georg Jensen Sky collection. Minimalist Scandinavian design at its best, the plate is the perfect size for lunch or a salad and makes a stylish addition to any tabletop.

Aurelian Barbry’s design philosophy comes from his desire to relook at everyday objects and add an element of beauty but never at the expense of functionality. His Sky collection of table and barware for Georg Jensen is a striking example of his talent and style.
