Ordering

Placing an Order: To place an order, simply make your selection, add the items to your shopping cart, and check out online. Alternatively, you can call us at (240) 744-7015 during our normal business hours, and one of our skilled representatives will be happy to assist you.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive two email confirmations. The first will confirm that AnnSandra has received your order, and the second will notify you once your order has shipped.

Order Cancellation: AnnSandra reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept your return if it is within our return guidelines, just notify us first. Call customer service at (240) 744-7015 or email us at info@annsandra.com to obtain authorization for return. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal.

A full refund will be issued to the purchaser for merchandise returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise received after 15 days will be issued store credit.

Only merchandise purchased from AnnSandra will be accepted for return. No credit will be issued for "as is" or sale merchandise, engraved merchandise, special order merchandise or out of stock merchandise.

Merchandise must be returned to AnnSandra, 7920 Norfolk Avenue, Suite 320 Bethesda, MD 20814 and marked “Attn: Return Department”. All items must be insured for the full value.

Only the original purchaser may obtain a refund or credit card credit when the merchandise is in its original condition, and is unaltered in any way.  All credit card refunds will be given in the form of the original payment. All credits or refunds will be issued less shipping and handling.

A store credit shall be applied only to the cost of the merchandise and tax. Shipping is not included in the store credit issued.

Unfortunately, special orders, sale merchandise and final sale items cannot be returned.

Gifts can be returned for exchange only.

Pricing Policy

We make every effort to ensure that the items you see online and in our store are priced accurately. Despite our best efforts, however, items online or in our store may occasionally be mislabeled. In the event that a product is listed or scanned at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical, or other error, AnnSandra shall have the right to refuse any sale at the incorrect price.

If the price of the merchandise is lower than our stated or scanned price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the merchandise. If the correct price of the merchandise is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your transaction and notify you of the price error and cancellation. If your credit card had already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AnnSandra shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Certain discounts are available when shipping online. If you have a promotion code, you may enter it when checking out to receive the discount. Discounts may never be combined and are not valid on sterling silver flatware or 5 piece place settings of china with bonus soup bowl.

Should you find a product that is listed for less elsewhere, we are happy to match any price from another authorized dealer.
