Oya Rattan Cake Dome
DESCRIPTION
Inspired by her Turkish upbringing, Feyza worked with women in villages of Aydin, Turkey to create hand-embroidered flower napkin rings and Rattan cake domes by using a traditional needle lace technique called “Oya”. It is very unique to the region where the needle lace flowers were traditionally sewn onto headdresses and scarves.
The pieces are versatile, easy to care for, and appropriate for year-round use, indoors and outdoors.
The Cake Dome is the perfect accessory for the outdoor table setting as it is fun and great way to keep the food away from heat and mosquitoes.
