The Flamme Vase celebrates the company’s illustrious past and underlines the timelessness of its inspiration. This rare work was created by René Lalique in the 1930s and was seldom viewed, if at all during that time period. Discovered through an official book of René Lalique pieces, the original was recently authenticated and purchased by Lalique at auction, and has now been re-issued in crystal.

In this numbered edition, the crystal is creating waves of light that well up from the heart of the material, gently drawing the onlooker’s gaze into its tranquil depths, in a pattern that is underlined by the hand-applied black enamel.

The composition strikes a balance between the purity of its lines; the juxtaposition between the brilliance of the crystal with the darkness of the enamel, and the powerful yet structured momentum of its design.
